Globe receives 2 special citations from ECOP

MANILA, Philippines - Globe bagged two outstanding achievement citations from the recently-concluded Kapatiran sa Industriya (KAPATID) Awards of the Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP) held at the Manila Hotel. 

Globe was recognized for its commendable business practices in the fields of social accountability and strategic visioning and partnering for business and job survival. ECOP cited Globe in recognition of its outstanding efforts in implementing social accountability programs that aim to transform and enrich people’s lives through education, information technology, community empowerment and protection of environment. Globe was also acknowledged for its continuous effort for aligning business and people strategies to achieve extraordinary business results while keeping its people empowered, energized and engaged.

The Kapatid Awards was launched in 1995 and continues to recognize companies that exemplify good business practices in the areas of industrial relations, quality and productivity, social accountability, and strategic visioning and job preservation.
