Bayad Center partners with Pilipinas Teleserv

-

CIS Bayad Center, Inc., the largest over-the-counter multiple bills payment network in the country, has entered into a partnership with Pilipinas Teleserv Inc., the country’s pioneer in citizen services.

The partnership became official in a signing ceremony attended by Bayad Center president and CEO Manuel Lorenzo L. Tuason, Aida C. Yuvienco; VP and head-sales, marketing, and business development; Frnacispito P. Quevedo, VP and head – operations; Joy L. Caluag, head, account management; Joel D. Aurellano, marketing officer; Raffy S. David, Pilipinas Teleserv director – marketing and quality assurance; Jun S. Yupituan, Pilipinas Teleserv director – operations; and Miguel T. Ocampo, Pilipinas Teleserv business development manager.

With the deal in place, Bayad Center’s over 500 branches are now accepting payments for applications for National Statistics Office (NSO) documents such as birth certificate, marriage certificate, death certificate, and certificate of no marriage (CENOMAR).

Filipinos only need to apply for the NSO-certified documents on-line by calling the 24-hour NSO helpline plus (02) 737-1111, the call center being administered by Pilipinas Teleserv Inc.

The customers will get instructions from Teleserv Inc. call center agents on how they will pay for their application through their nearby Bayad Center outlets.

After this, Pilipinas Teleserv will deliver the document through 2GO, an Aboitiz company.

Requesting party should be present and should have a valid ID during the delivery. If not, an authorization letter from the requesting party with his valid ID and a valid ID of the authorized representative should be presented.

“We know the difficulties that our fellow Filipinos face and the time and effort they waste every time they apply for NSO-certified documents personally. Bayad Center and Pilipinas Teleserv share the same goal, which is to give utmost convenience on the Filipino people and provide them with ease in securing these valuable public documents,” Yuvienco explained.
