Lopezes, Consunjis form new company for infra projects
The Lopezes and Consunjis, through First Balfour Inc. and DMCI Holdings Inc., respectively, have formed a P1-billion company to serve as the corporate vehicle for infrastructure projects they intend to jointly undertake.
