Ayala Foundation to launch Tech Boot Camp

Ayala Foundation, in cooperation with its partners the Philippine Emerging Startups Open, Inc. (PESO, Inc.) and the Brain Gain Network, Inc. (BGN, Inc.), is launching a three day technology boot camp this October.

Dubbed Tech Boot Camp, this training and transformation session hopes to encourage more technologists to launch technology ventures in the Philippines. The boot camp will feature distinguished speakers led by Dado Banatao, the most successful Filipino technopreneur/venture capitalist in Silicon Valley, who will fly into Manila for this event.

Says Guillermo Luz, EVP of Ayala Foundation, ”Innovation Forum is an extension of our technopreneurship efforts at the UP Ayala Technology Business Incubator. Entrepreneurship is an advocacy of the Ayala Foundation, and that is why we are very pleased to host this activity.”

Federico Gonzalez, CEO of PESO, Inc. and Director of the Tech Boot Camp, says that Tech Boot Camp “will be a unique and invaluable experience for any technopreneur who wants to turbo-charge his technology idea’s development into an investment grade business plan. They may even find partners among the many investors who will also be attending.”

Tech Boot Camp will have two Saturday sessions on October 6 and 13, and a final session that will also be open to the general public on October 16, Tuesday.
