The retail business focuses on providing products and services for the Philippines‚ over seven million overseas workers worldwide, bringing the Filipinos home wherever they may be.

PLDT Global also offers web-based services through its PLDT Global Online (www.pldtonline.com <http://www.pldtonline.com> ), from which users based in Hong Kong and other countries can buy prepaid cards and load a Smart or Talk n‚ Text line of their loved ones in the Philippines from anywhere in the world. They can also apply for a landline phone for installation in the Philippines or even surprise friends by ordering Jollibee gift checks and have them delivered personally anywhere in the Philippines.
Soon, they can already pay their bills, order Filipino movies online, and load accounts here in the Philippines.
