ADL Marketing not in list of pyramiding firms, says SEC

Director Jose Tomas C. Syquia of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) clarified yesterday that ADL Marketing, a multi-level networking company selling high quality cookware and juicers, is not in the SEC list of suspected pyramiding firms referred to the Department of Trade and Industry as reported by some sectors of media.

In a letter to Antonio de Luna, president of ADL Marketing, Syquia said that one "concerned citizen" wrote SEC to inquire about "the multi-level networking activity" of his company. Since the inquiry was about a consumer issue, Syquia’s office referred the letter to the DTI.

"Please note that in our referral letter to the DTI, your company was never referred to as engaging in pyramiding operations," Syquia clarified.

De Luna said he welcomed the clarification of Syquia as he reiterated the commitment of ADL Marketing, which has been in legitimate operation in the country since 1994, to make available only the highest quality cookware for a healthier lifestyle and to help the nationwide network of dealers earn through hard work and diligence.

ADL has a sterling track record in sales and quality products in major cities in Canada and the US.
