Megaworld International managing director Ma. Victoria Acosta said the offices will serve as the marketing arm of Megaworld and its subsidiary property companies and cater to the large number of Filipino professionals working in these areas as well as American investors interested in buying Philippine real estate.
The new offices, which started operations during the third quarter of the year, have been set up in partnership with locally-based realty firms and brokers Pentag Corp. in Los Angeles, Claro Mamaril in Vallejo, Fil-Am Realty in San Diego, Online Realty in Chicago and Corplan Center in Las Vegas.
"Like our other overseas offices, the US offices offer excellent sales and marketing support and a number of value-added services such as resale and leasing, interior design and home furnishing for the benefit of our overseas property buyers," Acosta said.

The roadshow featured a number of the Megaworld Group's successful residential developments such as Forbeswood Heights. The Grand Eastwood Palazzo, California Garden Square and Laguna BelAir III.
