The Diplomatic and Consular Directory 2002 and the Government directories 2002 are now off the press!
Copies are now available at 224 F. Cruz St., Malibay, Pasay City (851-2809, 514-1163, 833-2818 Lourdes).
The first is the latest roster of foreign diplomats, including ambassadors and their photos, consulates and international organizations in the country.
The government directory is 246 pages. The first with President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, it includes officials in all branches and levels of government, embassies and consulates, with their respective contact numbers. The directory has been in publication since 1987.
The two directories are published by D.Y. Caparas, a veteran journalist, trustee of the Philippine Press Institute, and a former information attache, Malacañang information officer, and former assistant secretary in the Department of Foreign Affairs.
Caparas has been publishing the directories since 1983 and 1987, respectively.
