He issued the clarification following news reports that he was forced to leave Napocor.
Camacho, former head of the Department of Energy and concurrent Napocor chairman, vouched for Alcordos integrity, expressing that Alcordo will be able to clear himself of the plunder charge filed against him involving the O-Ilaw electrification program.
"I have to commend president Alcordo for demonstrating a high sense of accountability and transparency throughout his stay at Napocor. We are thankful for his all-out support to the power reform program," Camacho added.
Alcordo tendered his resignation this month to attend to important family matters.
