"After a thorough evaluation, Exel felt that with Delbros' experience in distribution in the Philippines archipelago and our own experience in supply chain management, we would join the best of global expertise with local knowledge thru a joint venture," said Mike Tarrant, senior vice president, Exel Logistics Asia Pacific Ltd.
