Lotto 6/58 prize to hit P135 million

MANILA, Philippines — The Ultra Lotto 6/58 jackpot is estimated to soar to P135 million, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said yesterday.

Melquiades Robles, PCSO general manager, said no one won the P128.75-million jackpot prize in Sunday’s draw, which yielded the winning combination 14-01-33-58-20-28.

Robles said eight bettors correctly guessed five of the six-digit combination and won P120,000 each.

The Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law imposes a 20-percent tax on all lotto winnings above P10,000.

The Ultra Lotto is drawn every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.
