Pinas, Saudi sinelyuhan $4.26 bilyong investment

MANILA, Philippines — Nakakuha si Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. ng $4.26 bilyong investment agreement matapos ang pakikipagpulong sa business leaders sa Saudi Arabia sa sideline ng Association of Southeast Asian Nations-Gulf Cooperation Council (ASEAN-GCC) Summit na ginaganap sa Riyadh.

Kabilang sa mga kasunduan ang una nang nabanggit ni Pangulong Marcos na US$120 agreement mula sa Saudi’s Al Rushaid Petroleum Investment Company at Samsung Engineering NEC Co. Ltd. katuwang ang EEI Corporation ng Pilipinas para sa construction export services.

Inaasahan naman na may 15,000 trabaho ang malilikha sa naturang kasunduan.

Nasa $3.7 bilyon din ang nalagdaan ng Saudi’s Al-Jeer Human Resources Company-ARCO at Association of Philippine Licensed Agencies for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia para sa human resource services agreement.

Sinelyuhan din ng Saudi’s Maharah Human Resources Company ang $191 milyong investment agreement at Philippines’ Staff house International Resources Corp. at E-GMP International Corp.

Pinahahalagahan naman umano ni Pangulong Marcos ang kontribusyon ng mga dayuhang kompanya sa pagpapaigting sa bilateral relations sa pagitan ng Pilipinas at Saudi Arabia.
