Bagyong tumutumbok sa PAR 'super typhoon' na ngayon
MANILA, Philippines — Lalo pang lumakas at naging ganap na super typhoon ang bagyong "Hinnamnor" (international name), bagay na inaasahang papasok sa Philippine area of responsibility bukas — ito habang umiiral din ang bagyong "Gardo" sa loob ng PAR.
Bandang 4 p.m. nang mamataan ang sentro ng bagyo sa layong 1,485 kilometro silangan hilagangsilangan ng Extreme Northern Luzon, ayon sa huling taya ng PAGASA.

- Bugso ng hangin: hanggang 230 kilometro kada oras
- Direksyon: pakanluran
- Bilis: 30 kilometro kada oras
"'HINNAMNOR' intensified into Super Typhoon at 2:00 PM today This tropical cyclone may continue to intensify over the sea south of Japan and may reach a peak intensity of 195 km/h," wika ng state weather bureau kanina.
"'HINNAMNOR' may enter the PAR region tomorrow evening."

Tatawaging Super Typhoon Henry ang bagyo oras na makapasok ito ng PAR.
Una nang inakala ng PAGASA na bibigyan ito ng pangalang "Gardo" ngunit biglang ibinigay ang pangalan na 'yan sa isang low pressure area na naging ganap na tropical depression kaninang hapon.
Tinatayang lalo itong babagay habang pumipihit ito patimogkanluran sa hilagang Philippine Sea. Pagsapit ng Biyernes hanggang Sabado, nakikitang halos hindi babalaw ang sama ng panahon.
Dagdag pa nila, maaari pang lumawak ang saklaw ng tropical cyclone winds ng bagyo habang lumalapit ito papuntang hilagang bahagi ng Philippine Sea.
"As such, the possibility of hoisting a Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal over Extreme Northern Luzon during the occurrence of this tropical cyclone within the PAR region is not ruled out," saad pa ng PAGASA.
"This tropical cyclone may bring rough seas over the northern and eastern seaboard of Luzon beginning late Thursday (1 September) or early Friday. Such condition may be risky for those using small seacrafts. Mariners are advised to continue monitoring for updates."
