Villanueva nagbabala ng rally vs Digong ‘pag hindi nag-sorry sa komento sa Diyos, Bibliya

MANILA, Philippines – Hinimok ni Jesus Is Lord (JIL) Church leader Brother Eddie Villanueva kahapon si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na magbigay ng public apology matapos isultuhin ang Diyos sa kanyang talumpati.

Kasabay nito ay binalaan ni Villanueva si Duterte na magkakaroon ng malaking protest rally kung sakaling hindi siya humingi ng tawad.

Aniya, kayang niyang makapaglikom ng 10 milyong miyembro kasama ang Philippines for Jesus Movement para iprotesta ang paghingi ni Duterte ng tawad sa pagtawag niya sa Diyos bilang “stupid.”

“We are representing 10 million people. I don’t believe the President will ignore this. Because once he ignores the collective wisdom of the body of Christ, this may lead to a kind of huge prayer rally that will design first to intercede and to... so-called spiritual warfare,” pahayag ni Villanueva sa isang panayam sa ANC.

“And worst, I hope it will not lead to imprecatory prayers,” dagdag niya.

Naniniwala si Villanueva na ang sinabi ni Duterte ay “blasphemy” at nagiimbita ng galit ng Diyos kung hindi lulunasan.

“To insult God to us is a kind of blasphemy in the highest order. The Bible is clear, when you slander God, you are inviting curses not only to yourself but to the entire nation, like calamities,” banta ni Villanueva.

“No one can mock God. In Psalm Chapter 2, those who are mocking, persecuting God’s people, the faith of God’s people... God is just laughing at them. They are inviting the wrath of God,” dagdag niya.

Hinikayat naman ni Sen. Risa Hontiveros ang mga Pilipinong naniniwala sa Diyos na huwag magpaapekto sa “blasphemous” na pahayag ni Duterte laban sa Diyos.

Sinabi niya na ang pangulo ay gusto lang ilihis ang atensyon mula sa mga isyu na hindi natutugunan ng administrasyon.

Sa talumpati ni Duterte noong Hunyo 22, kinuwestyon niya ang storya sa paglikha kung saan binigyan ng Diyos si Eba at Adan ng pagkakataong na sirain ang kanilang sarili.

“Who is this stupid God? Estupido talaga itong p***** i** kung ganun. You created something perfect and then you think of an event that would tempt and destroy the quality of your work,” ani Duterte.

“So now all of us are born with an original sin. The original sin… what was it? Was it the first kiss? What was the sin? Why original? Nasa womb ka pa, may kasalanan ka na,” dagdag niya.

“T**** i**** klase. Anong klaseng relihiyon ‘yan?” ani Duterte.
