MANILA, Philippines — Sinibak kahapon ni Pangulong Duterte si Customs Deputy Commissioner Noel Patrick Prudente matapos ang pagsira sa mga smuggled motorcycles at luxury vehicles sa Bureau of Customs (BOC) sa Port Area, Manila.
