“Sabi ko I am completely new in this kind of job kaya talagang this is very challenging of my part because I know nothing about giving out news so medyo kailangan ko mag-cope up,” pahayag ni Bulalacao na tinawag na “partners” ang mga mamamahayag.
“Sabi ko nga sa inyo kanina wala pa akong complete background about this job I will still be referring my day to day activities from the existing policies that we have now so what I will do is initially is to continue what has been started by former chief PIO and if things will be smooth wala naman tayong changes na dapat gawin and if there will be some changes that should be necessary, that will be undertaken in due time,” dagdag niya.
“We should be able to help the public in distinguishing truth from propaganda, facts from fake news, objectivity and impartiality from sensationalism,” sabi ng bagong tagapagsalita.
“I will study how we will battle this fake news.”
Pinalitan ni Bulalacao si ang ngayo’y PNP Aviation Security Group Director Chief Superintendent Dionardo Carlos.
