PDEA kailangan ng 100 agents

MANILA, Philippines – Tumatanggap ngayon ang Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) ng mga brilliant at highly qualified professionals na gustong tulungan ang pamahalaan sa kampanya na mawakasan ang problema sa illegal drugs sa bansa.

Ayon kay PDEA Director General Undersecretary Arturo G. Cacdac Jr. ang isang Drug Enforcement Officer (DEO) ay may entry level position na Intelligence Officer 1 (IO1), isang permanent item na may Salary Grade 11 at isang budding career na magiging bahagi ng elite anti-drug law enforcement organization sa bansa.

Ang mga aplikante ay dapat 21-35 years old, lalaki at baba, may taas na 5’” (female) at 5’2” (male), holder ng isang Baccalaureate Degree, Career Service Eligible o Board Passer with Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), physically fit at computer literate.

Sa mga aplikanteng miyembro ng alinmang  ethnic group, magdala ng certificate mula sa National Commission on Indigenous People.

Ang mga qualified applicants ay sasailalim sa qualifying examinations, neuro-psychiatric tests, medical at dental exams, physical fitness test, background investigation at panel interview.

Kapag nasungkit ng PDEA ang aplikante, siya ay sasailalim sa six-month comprehensive at regimented DEOBC training sa PDEA Academy, Camp General Mariano N. Castañeda sa Silang, Cavite.

Ang mga interesado ay maaaring magpadala ng Personal Data Sheet (PDS Civil Form 212, 2005 Revised), o mag-download ng form sa www.csc.gov.ph) sa PDEA Academy Liaison Office, PDEA National Headquarters, NIA Northside Road, National Government Center, Barangay Pinyahan, Quezon City, o sa PDEA Academy, Camp General Mariano N. Castañeda, Silang, Cavite.
