Bong muling sinupalpal ng Sandiganbayan sa burol ni Kuya Germs

MANILA, Philippines – Matapos hindi aprubahan na makapunta sa burol ni “Kuya Germs” Molino Moreno, muling sinupalpal ng Sandiganbayan ang hirit ni Sen. Ramon “Bong” Revilla sa inihaing motion for reconsideration.

Iginiit ng First Division na kinabibilangan nina Chair Efren dela Cruz, Associate Justices Rafael Lagos at Rodolfo Ponferrada na hindi maituturing na “special circumstance” ang kahilingan ni Revilla kaya hindi ito pinayagan.

“The Court is not inclined to reverse its earlier ruling, there being no other ground cited by the accused-movant in his present motion, aside from those already previously cited and considered by the Court. In view thereof, the Urgent Motion for reconsideration is hereby DENIED,” nakasaad sa desisyon.

Nitong Martes ay ibinasura na ng anti-graft court ang naunang hirit ni Revilla na makapunta sa burol ng itinuturing na isa sa mga haligi ng Philippine showbiz.

Bukod kay Revilla ay hindi rin pinayagan ng korte ang kapwa senador at artistang si Sen. Jose “Jinggoy” Estrada na makapunta sa burol.

Nakakulong sina Revilla at Estrada dahil sa kasong plunder.
