China walang balak pag-usapan ang agawan ng teritoryo sa APEC summit

MANILA, Philippines – Nilinaw ng China ngayong Martes na hindi sila makikipag-usap tungkol sa agawan ng teritoryo sa pagdalo nila sa Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit sa Maynila.

"There is no plan to discuss the South China Sea issue," pahayag ni Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Li.

Sinabi ni Li na hindi tamang pagkakataon ang APEC upang pag-usapan ang agawan sa teritoryo dahil may ibang agenda ang naturang summit.

"APEC is mainly a platform to discuss economic and trade cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region," dagdag niya.

Samantala, nasa bansa ngayon si Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi matapos imbitahan ni Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert Del Rosario.

Nakatakdang makipagpulong si Wang para sa paghahanda ng Pilipinas sa pagdating ni Chinese President Xi Jinping sa susunod na linggo.

Umaasa naman si Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Lu Kang na magiging maayos ang samahan ng Chin at Pilipinas at maaayos din ang gusot sa South China Sea.
