LPA tinutumbok ang Surigao

MANILA, Philippines - Lumalapit sa Surigao del Sur ang low pressure area na nakakaapekto sa Visayas at Mindanao, ayon sa state weather bureau ngayong Huwebes.

Namataan ng Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) ang LPA sa layong 270 kilometro silangan ng Hinatuan, Surigao Del Sur.

Magdadala ang LPA ng maulap na kalangitan na may mahina hanggang katamtamang pag-ulan sa Eastern and Central Visayas at Mindanao.

"Caloy" ang ipapangalan sa LPA kapag ito ay naging isa nang ganap na bagyo, ayon pa sa PAGASA.

Kahapon pumasok sa Philippine Area of Responsibility ang naturang LPA.
