Jejomar Binay, senators, Cabinet secretaÂries; Chief Public Attorney; chairpersons and commissioners of the Commission on Human Rights at iba pang constitutional boÂdies tulad ng Ombudsman, Deputy Ombudsman, investigators at prosecutors ng Office of the Ombudsman at Solicitor General.
Kabilang din sa exempted sa gun ban ang mga secretaries, undersecretaries, assistant secretaries, prosecutor general, Chief State ProseÂcutor, state, regional, provincial at city prosecutors ng Dept of Justice; secretary, undersecretaÂries, assistant secretaries at internal security ng Office ng Secretary of the Interior and Local Government; commissioner at deputy commissioners, law and investigation division at intelligence division ng Bureau of Immigration; Bureau of Corrections, provincial and city jails at regular officers, members, and agents ng anumang law enforcement agencies, at maging ang private security personnel.
Nilinaw naman ni Brillantes na sa kabila nito, hindi otomatikong exempted ang mga ito bagkus kailangan nilang maghain ng request for renewal of authority to possess and carry firearms.
