Plano ng MILF na bumuo ng political party, suportado ng Palasyo
MANILA, Philippines - Suportado ng Malacañang ang plano ng Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) na bumuo ng political party upang lumahok sa darating na May 2016 elections, ayon kay Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Abigail Valte.
Sinabi ni Usec. Valte, welcome sa gobyerno ang plano ng MILF na lumahok sa darating na May 2016 elections upang tuluyang makamit ang kapayaan sa Mindanao.
“The government welcomes the political plan of the MILF for 2016. As you all know the road map towards the establishment of Bangsamoro ends in 2016 and understandably, the MILF needs to prepare for that to make the necessary preparations,†paliwanag pa ni Usec. Valte.
Magugunita na inihayag mismo ng liderato ng MILF na plano nitong lumahok sa darating na May 2016 elections subaÂlit hindi naman malinaw kung sa partylist elections o sa local positions balak lumahok ng MILF.
Siniguro naman ng Malacañang na handa nitong suportahan ang planong ito ng MILF na sumabak sa pulitika sa 2016.
“However, as to the other initiatives, we will be providing the necessary assistance to them. We’ve seen this in the socio-economic initiatives that we’ve launched iyong sa Sajahatra and I would defer to Secretary Deles and to the members of the panel if any sort of assistance towards their political plans have been discussed amongst themselves,†giit pa ni Valte.
