Batay sa desisyon nitong Mayo 14, pinaghahain ng verified return of the writ of kalikasan ng Supreme Court ang Environmental Management Bureau ng Department of Natural Resources, Bureau of Plant Industry; Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority ng Department of Agriculture, UP Los Baños Foundation, Inc., UP Mindanao Foundation, Inc. at ang International Service for the Acquisition of Agri-Biotech Applications-Southeast Asia Center.
