Probe sa pay-off hiling ng PASG

MANILA, Philippines – Hiniling kahapon ni Presidential Anti-Smuggling Group Chief Antonio Villar Jr. na imbestigahan ng Kongreso ang sinasabing P10 milyong pay-off na naglalayong malinis na mailabas ang kinumpiska nitong 2 replicating machines sa Quezon City.

Hiniling din ni Villar kay Pangulong Arroyo na bumuo ito ng fact-finding committee upang imbes­ tigahan kung paano nailabas ang replicating machines na may kakayahang mag-produce ng milyon-milyong kopya ng CD at DVD ng local at foreign films at songs matapos na kumpiskahin ito ng PASG.

Ginawa ni Villar ang hakbang matapos silang sisihin ni Optical Media Board Chairman Edu Manzano sa pag­kawala ng nasabing replicating machines sa 71 De Jesus St., Barangay San Antonio, San Francisco del Monte, Que­zon City. (Rudy Andal)
