Judge sa Lozada pinayuhang magbitiw

MANILA, Philippines – Pinayuhan kahapon ni Justice Secretary Raul Gonzalez ang hukom na may hawak sa perjury case na isinampa ni Philippine National Railways Chief Mike Defensor laban kay NBN-ZTE star witness Jun Lozada na magbitiw na la mang sa paghawak sa kaso.

Ayon kay Gonzalez, lumagpas na sa kanyang tungkulin bilang isang hukom si Manila MTC Branch 26 Judge Jorge Lorredo nang payuhan nito sina Defensor at Lozada na magkasundo na lamang.

Masyado umanong maraming opinion ang sinasabi ni Lorredo sa kanyang inilabas na court order na hindi naman na rarapat. (Gemma Amargo-Garcia)
