‘Kill the enemies, but keep yourselves alive’

Sinabi pa ni Verzosa na makikipag-ugnayan din ang SAF sa mga lokal na ahensya ng pamahalaan sa Lanao del Norte at Sarangani para matulungan ang mga pamilyang naapektuhan ng pananalakay ng mga rebelde.
“We cannot allow these rebels to go on a rampage. We must stop them. We cannot wait for more body bags. Our troops are out there to pursue them and bring justice to their victims,” sabi pa ni Verzosa.
Kasabay nito, nanawagan naman si Brig. Gen. Jorge Segovia, acting Chief ng AFP Command Center, sa iba pang base command ng MILF na huwag manghimasok sa kanilang inilunsad na ‘punitive action’ laban sa grupo nina Kumander Bravo at Kumander Kato dahil kung makikisali sila ay ituturing na rin nila ang mga itong kalaban.
