Sentro ng plataporma ni Malabon-Navotas congressional district candidate Jaye Lacson ang mabilis na pagpapatapos sa KAMANAVA Area Flood Control and Drainage System Improvement Project kapag nahalal bilang kongresista.

Ayon kay Lacson, noong taong 2003 pa sinimulan ng Department of Public Works and Highways ang proyekto para sa permanteng solusyon sa baha sa Caloocan City, Malabon, Navots at Valenzuela.

Bahagi ng proyekto ang paglalagay ng polder dikes, pumping stations, flood control gates, navigation gate at bagong drainage channels bukod pa ang pagtataas ng mga river walls sa area.
