Maka-irita, true. But you just have to try to roll with it the best you could. Padayon sa  panrabaho og tarong. Di ka kinahanglan mo-sipsip. But you also have to have your presence felt.  Usahay man gud, it’s not enough to just do the work while keeping your head down all the time.  It’s also good to be seen and heard. Make suggestions, accept responsibility, be up for a  challenge. Being proactive is a way to be noticed without being sipsip.
