Keto, Paleo, DASH, vegan, Atkins, low-fat, low-carb, etc… So many to choose from, but so few get lasting results. According to what I’ve come across recently, the most effective way to lose weight and keep it off is the one that doesn’t restrict nutrients, mabusog gihapon ta, and the one you can stick with for the long haul. It’s technically not a “diet.” It’s a new way of eating. The less processed the food, the better. Kaon lang when you’re hungry, not when you’re bored. Naa pa ni sumpay ugma… Atangi!
