Dear Kram,

To keep our sanity, we have to!  Kay kun magpadala ta sa mga problema aning kalibotana, we will live miserable lives.  I know, dili pwedeng kanunay ta malipayon.  Binoang na pud na.  But when we’re not in the best of moods, remember to look for the silver-lining.  No matter how dreary, there’s always that little ray of light that pierces the darkest night.  Yes, normal ra nang maguol ta.  But we should not wallow in our sadness.  Surround yourself with people that spark joy and never forget to count your blessings!  An attitude of gratitude is key!
