Dear Banjie,
Ayaw pakaliti imo’ng lawas ghorl! Pag 16:8 usa. 16 hours fasting then 8 hours eating window. Stay there for a couple of weeks then ease into a shorter eating window. Make sure you’re consuming good fats, quality protein and lots of leafy greens. A little fruit is okay pud. Ayaw lang gyud palabi ana’ng carbs kay mao na’y makagutom og samot.
Labi na nang rice, breads ug pastries. Stay away from cola and other drinks high in sugar. Stick to water, tea and coffee.
