Dear Jenn,

Take deep breaths, pause, pray.  Slow down.  I know it sounds counter-productive but it really does work!  What also works for me is a “to-do list” – according to urgency and priority.  Checking off items from my list gives me a sense of accomplishment, a natural high!  Do your happy dance every time one thing gets done.  No matter how small, celebrate victories!  Say a little thank you prayer, thank those who helped you tick that box off.  After taking a little breather, next na sad!  Bring it on!
