Marcos: kagawasan sa media magpadayun

CEBU, Philippines — Si Presidente Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. mipasalig sa mga tigbalita nga ang gobiyerno magpabiling mosuporta ug moprotekta kanila ug mopatigbabaw gyud ang kagawasan sa pagpadayag samtang giawhag niini ang mga tigbalita nga mahimong responsable sa ilang pagpakatap og impormasyon luyo niining modernong panahon.

“Sama-sama tayong titindig sa katotohanan. “All our efforts to bring them justice is a testament to [the] belief that no story, however dangerous, is too small or too insignificant to be told….Together, let us foster responsible journalism for we know that more than a democratic ideal; it is a necessity for an informed and an empowered citizenry to make the proper, intelligent, well-informed decisions about their leaders, about their situations, about their condition,” matud pang PBBM.

Si Marcos miingon nga ang Presidential Communications Office (PCO) ug0 Presidential Task Force on Media Security (PTFoMS) maoy lead agencies nga maduol sa media aron pagsiguro sa responsableng pagbalita, press freedom ug seguridad.

“Be assured that we are doubling down on our commitment to protect our journalists and to uphold press freedom. We stand with you, hand in hand in this fight,” the President said.
