Provincial accountant gireklamo tungod sa SALN
CEBU, Philippines — Nag-atubang og ubay-ubay nga reklamo ang pangulo sa Provincial Accounting Office ngadto sa Office of the Ombudsman – Visayas tungod sa giingong iregularidad sa iyang Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Networth (SALN). Si Ramon Dumayac ang provincial accountant, gikiha kini ni Byron Garcia ang kanhi consultant on jail matters and peace and order og 11 counts paglapas sa Republic Act 3019 ug laing 11 counts kalapasan sa Ra 6713.
Giingong wala makaduso si Dumayac sa iyang SALN ngadto sa Ombudsman sa tuig 2004 hangtod 2015.
Sa complain-affidavit ni Garcia, gisaysay niini nga niadtong Marso 19, 2018 ni-file siya og request form alang sa SALN ni Dumayac didto sa Ombudsman, apan niadtong Marso 23 karong tuiga, iyang nasayran pinaagi ni Sarah Jo Vergara, OIC Central Records Management Office sa Ombudsman, walay record sa SALN ni Dumayac sa tuig 2004 hangtod 2016.
"...As per files of scanned SALN's, that they only found 2016 SALN, none found with regards to the SALN of Ramon L. Dumayac Jr. for the pertinent years 2004 to 2015," matud ni Garcia sa iyang complaint affidavit. Si Garcia nagkanayon nga base sa pagsusi sa SALN ni Dumayac sa tuig 2016, pakyas kini pagtug-an sa iyang business interest ug financial connections.
".. by making it appear that he have no business interest or financial connection, despite of the fact that for the year 2016 and even until the present, he is a Board of Director of Cebu CFI Community Cooperative, and also board of director of Cooperative Bank of Cebu, a private banking institution registered under the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas," sumala ni Garcia.
Matud niya nga wala usab gibutang ni Dumayac sa iyang SALN ang iyang investment ug iyang share capital sa CFI nga moabot sa usa ka milyon ka pesos.
Si Garcia nisang-at usab og administrative case nga Grave Misconduct, Abuse of Authority, Dishonesty, Conduct Unbecoming of Public Official and Conduct Prejudicial to the Best Interest of Service. Si Dumayac wala usa mohatag og komento kabahin sa reklamo batok kaniya sanglit matud pa niya nga wala pa siya kadawat sa kopya sa complaint sa Ombudsman. (/IBM)(BANATNEWS)
