Osmeña: Dili pabayron ang mga habal-habal

CEBU, Philippines — Pabor si Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña labot sa ordinansahon nga nagtinguhang mag-regulate sa operasyon sa mga habal-habal sa siyudad sa Sugbo. Apan dili siya mosugot  nga dunay registration fees sa mga motorsiklo tungod kay ang siyudad wala nagtinguha nga makakwarta gikan niini kondili gusto lang niya nga matabangan ang mga drivers sa ilang panginabuhi.

Nasayran ubos sa proposed ordinance ang siyudad mokolekta og P250 ngadto na sa P500 kada tuig.
