Mosyon sa gisuspensong mayor gibasura ni Davide
CEBU, Philippines - Gibasura ni Gobernador Hilario Davide III ang Motion for Reconsideration nga giduso ni suspended Dumanjug Mayor Nelson Garcia mahitungod sa pag-aprubar niya sa rekomendasyon sa Hunta Probinsyal nga pagsuspenso sa mayor.
“The Governor finds no cogent reason to reconsider the order of Preventive Suspension against the respondent. However, since the issues are not complicated, an early resolution of the case may be in order in the highest interest of justice and public service, and in order not to render nugatory the suspension order,†matud pa sa buhatan sa gobernador.
Si Garcia gisuspenso og 60 ka adlaw niadtong Abril 11, 2014 human sa gikatahong pag-abusar niini sa iyang gahom isip mayor sa maong dapit.
Ang mayor, daan nang mipasidaan nga mopasaka og kasong Grave Abuse of Authority ngadto sa Provincial Board kabahin sa iyang pagsuspenso sa katungdanan. (BANAT NEWS)
