Giaprobahan sa konseho sa siyudad ang resolusyon nga giduso ni Konsehal Nestor Archival atol sa ilang regular session niadtong Miyerkules.

Ubos sa maong resolusyon, niadtong Septiyembre 18, 2024 gipahigayon ang executive session diin giimbitahan ang mga representante gikan sa SBD Builders, Inc., management sa CCSC, Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), ug City Treasurer's Office.

Kini aron mahatagan og updates sa status sa track oval sa Cebu City Sports Center ug ang padayon nga renovation niini.

Matud ni Archival nga atol sa maong session nabutyag nga ang SBD Builders, Inc. ang ikatulo nga lowest bidder alang sa renovation project tungod kay ang duha ka ubos nga bids na-disqualify ug wala makasumite sa timely protests.
