Ang gidakop giingong Top 1 Most Wanted Person sa Caraga Region o Region 13 pinasikad sa warrant of arrest niadtong Lunes, Abril 8, 2024 sa Purok 8, Barangay Pitogo, Lungsod sa Consolacion.

Ang akusado mao si Romulo Micabalo, 35, temporaryong nagpuyo sa Purok 8, Barangay Pitogo, Consolacion apan lumad nga taga Dangcagan, Bukidnon.

Gi-implementar ang warrant of arrest batok sa akusado nga gi-isyu ni Acting Presiding Judge Fernando R. Fudalan Jr., sa Regional Trial Court Branch 7, Bayugan City, Agusan Del Sur sa duha ka ihap nga kasong Kidnapping ug Serious Illegal Detention nga wala'y piyansan nga girekomendar.

Apil na sab ang kasong Robbery with Threat and Intimidation nga dunay piyansa nga P100,000.

Nasayran ang RIU-7 nakadawat og impormasyon nga ang Top 1 Most Wanted Person sa Region 13 nakit-an sa Lungsod sa Consolacion.
