Pagpananom og kahoy wala maapil sa rekisitos ubos sa Family Code–Zafra

CEBU, Philippines — Gihulagway sa konseho sa Dakbayan sa Sugbo nga inconsistent ang gisugyot nga ordinansahon ni Konsehal Nestor Archival, Sr. mahitungod sa mandato sa mga magtiayon sa pagpananom sa dili pa makakuha og marriage license. Ang maong ordinansahon giduso kin sa Committee on Laws, Ordinances ug Styling.

Ang title sa maong ordinansahon mao ang “Requiring Marriage License Applicants to Plant Two Trees as an additional requirement for the issuance of a marriage license, and for other purposes thereof”. Ang maong ordinansahon nagmandato sa tanang aplikante nga buot mokuha og marriage license diha sa Local Civil Registrar nga gikinahanglang mananom og punoan or fruit-bearing nga mga kahoy sa dakbayan isip suporta sa kampaniya sa kagamhanan sa Dakbayan sa Sugbo nga makatanom og 3 milyones ka punoan sa kahoy sulod sa tulo ka tuig.

Matud ni Konsehal Philip Zafra nga walay provision sa Family Code ang nagtugot sa pagdugang og requirement.

Base sa committee report nga ang provision sa issuance of marriage license lakip na ang request sa CENOMAR ug pre-marriage orientation ug counseling ang naaoil sa mga nag-unang serbisyong ubos sa Anti-Red Tape Act.

“This Committee finds that the proposed ordinance is inconsistent with Executive Order No. 209 or the Family Code of the Philippines and Republic Act 9485 as amended or the Anti-Red Tape Act, as amended”, matud ni Zafra. (BANAT NEWS)
