CEBU, Philippines — Makagarantiya na unya ang mga kabus nga Pinoy sa mga barato ug makaya ra sa bulsa nga lungon ug funeral service alang sa mga nitaliwan nga mga mahal sa kinabuhi.

Kini human nga napasar na sa deliberation sa Committee on Trade and Industry sa House of Representatives ang House Bill No. 102 o ang "Affordable Casket Act" nga gipangamahanan ni kongresista ug Deputy Speaker Congressman Duke Frasco.

Ubos sa maong balaudnon ang mga punerarya kinahanglan kanunay adunay available nga mga desente nga lungon nga dili molapas sa P20,000 ang presyo.

Sa press release nga gipadala sa kampo ni Frasco ang maong balaudnon gipalapdan pa atol sa deliberasyon ug apil na sa P20,000 dili lang ang lungon apil na usab ang funeral service.

In the Philippines, the cost of dying has become a burden akin to the challenges of living. Many Filipinos are born in poverty, and unfortunately, they often pass away in similar circumstances. With steep funeral and burial costs, one can only imagine the painful experience that grief-stricken Filipino families go through when facing not only the loss of their loved ones, but also the financial burden brought about by high-costs funeral expenses,  matud ni Frasco.
