CEBU, Philippines — Upat ka establisemento kansang mga istraktura nilapas sa luna nga iya sa Probinsiya sa Sugbo ang nipadala og letter of protest ngadto kang Gobernador Gwendolyn Garcia kalabot sa lakang sa Kapitolyo nga pabayron og abang ang mga establisamento nga nilapas sa giangkon nga luna sa probinsiya diha sa dalan Osmeña Boulevard.

Sa maong letter of protest nga gipadala pinaagi sa law firm nga nagrepresentar sa maong mga establishmento aduna kini plea pag-nullify sa charge nga abang nga gipangayo sa Kapitolyo ug nitumbok og pipila ka rason.
