Sa opinyon ni Durvasula gisaysay niini nga ang desisyon sa mga doktor nga ipabilin si Marlon sa tambalanan mamahimong makwestyon. Hinuon gitataw ni Durvasula nga ang inisyal nga pagtambal kang Marlon kalabot sa covid-19 pneumonia niini ug vascular complication sakto ug pinasubay gyud sa protocol. “Verily, the causation of the death as having been admitted as hospital-acquired bacterial infection lends credence to the complainant’s allegation that there was lack of the standard of care expected of the attending physicians,” dugang pa niini.
