Lakip sa mga kalapasan nga nakita ubos sa OSH ang wala'y rule 1020 registration; wala'y administrative reports sa safety & health; ug wala usab kini guidelines ug pagpatuman sa HIV-AIDS prevention ug control, hepatitis B, tuberculosis, drug-free workplace, ug anti-sexual harassment.
