CEBU, Philippines – Wala na moapil ang Asian College of Technology (ACT) nga gipanag-iya ni Kongresista Rodrigo Abellanosa sa scholarship program sa kagamhanan sa dakbayan sa Sugbo.
Gi-renew sa 22 ka tunghaan ang memorandum of agreement human sa upat ka tuig tali ni Mayor Michael Rama.
Si Abellanosa gikombikto sa kasong grave misconduct tungod sa pag-apil sa programa samtang konsehal pa siya sa dakbayan sa Sugbo.
