Sugboanong hukom mibalibad nga ihulip ni Corona

CEBU, Philippines - Gikalipay apan gibalibaran sa Sugboanong Associate Justice nga si Gabriel Inglis ang migawas nga balitang nalakip siya sa gitun-ang posibling mamahimong chief justice puli sa gipalagpot nga si kanhi Chief Justice Renato Corona.

“While I am flattered and thankful for the nomination, I am declining the same,” matud pa ni Inglis sa gipadalang suwat ngadto sa Court of Appeals diin iyang gipadayag ang mga rason ug kon nganung mibalibad siya sa maong nominasyon.

“I feel that there are more qualified nominees for the position,” tipik sa iyang gipadalang suwat.
