Ang Kabataan partylist nasagmuyo sa pagplano sa pagtaas sa tuition fee sa dili mominus 17 ka mga unibersidad ug kolehiyo dinhi sa dakbayan sa Sugbu.

"We are infuriated that the government agency that is supposed to safeguard the right of the students to quality and affordable education has turned its back on the students once again," matud pa ni Veloso.

Midugang si Veloso nga ang pagpadayon sa pagsaka sa balayronon sa tunghaan sa ''tertiary education'' nagpabilin nga usa ka damgo lang sa minilyon nga batan-on nga gusto motungha.

"As long as these yearly increase in school fees continue unabated and tuition spirals ever higher, tertiary education will continue to remain a distant dream for millions of Filipino youth," matud pa ni Veloso.
