Pinas muling irereklamo ang China

MANILA, Philippines – Muling maghahain ng diplomatic protest ang Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) kontra China matapos makita ang 75 concrete blocks ng China sa pinag-aagawang Panatag (Scarborough) Shoal sa West Philippine Sea.

"We are framing an appropriate diplomatic protest. Hopefully in the next few days," pahayag ni Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario ngayong Huwebes.

Sinabi ni Del Rosario na isasama nila ang bagong paglabag ng China sa kasalukuyang gumugulong na arbitration case sa International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea.

"I think that's a substantive piece of information that we can tag on to our arbitration case and have it worked positively for us."

Kahapon ay ipinakita ni Department of National Defense Secretary Voltaire Gazmin ang mga aerial shot ng Philippine Navy sa Panatag kung saan kita ang mga concrete blocks ng China.

Iginiit naman ng China na wala silang ginagawang mali dahil teritoryo nila ang Panatag (Huangyin Island).

Naghain ng protesta ang DFA noong Mayo 10 matapos Makita ang dalawang Chinese surveillance ship at isang barkong pandigma sa Palawan.

Inaangkin ng China ang 90 porsiyento ng South China sea kabilang ang Spartly’s group of Islands sa West Phiilippine Sea na kabilang sa exclusive economic zone ng Pilipinas.
