Talisay City Student Leaders' Congress hailed a success

One hundred fifty three student leaders from Talisay City joined the first ever Talisay City Student Leaders’ Congress (TSLC) held at the Girl Scouts Camp, in Barangay Lahug, Cebu City last Monday.
