Mandaue City’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender community paints rainbow pedestrian lane in Subangdaku

The Mandaue City government yesterday launched its first “rainbow pedestrian lane” in Barangay Subangdaku underneath the painted flyover along Lopez-Jaena Street.
