MANILA, Philippines - The color purple reigned as one of 2014’s biggest beauty trends and continues to paint its way into 2015. From eyeshadows to liners and lipsticks, last year’s official Pantone color, orchid, was translated to shades of lilac to plums to vixen violet.
Amplifying the purple madness, for example, was MAC’s collaboration with award-winning musicians like Rihanna and Lorde, releasing limited edition lipstick shades like “Talk The Talk” and “Pure Heroine.” Both rich eggplant shades sold out instantaneously upon release!
